These Terms of Service (hereinafter: “Terms”) set out the rules and conditions for the provision of Services through the RIDELIFE.APP platform, provided by RIDELIFE P.S.A., with its registered office in Radom, ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego 6/10, 26-600 Radom, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Lublin Wschód in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001173618, NIP 7963038112, REGON 541662127.
The Terms define the general conditions of access to the Application and the provision of Services by the Operator through the Application available at Ridelife.app, in accordance with the provisions below.
Definitions:
Application – computer software, an online application of the Operator, available in the Service, enabling the development of an individual educational and career path.
Account – a separate space in the Application identified by the Client’s unique login and secured with a password created by the User.
Operator – the Service Provider, i.e., RIDELIFE P.S.A.
Regulation/GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
Service – the online service at Ridelife.app, owned and operated by the Operator.
Digital Environment – hardware, software, and network connections used by the Client to access or use the Application.
Agreement – the agreement between the Operator and the Client governing the provision of Services through the Application.
Services – services provided electronically under these Terms, including access to the Account.
Client/User – a natural person registering and/or using the Account on their own behalf or on behalf of another entity.
Services are provided in accordance with these Terms.
Communication between the Client and the Operator shall take place via the Client’s email address given during Account registration.
The Operator provides the Client access to the Application’s functionalities.
The Client may manage stored data and change their Account password.
Services begin upon successful Account registration.
Internet and data transfer fees are borne by the Client.
The Client must use the Application lawfully and refrain from transferring usage rights to third parties.
The Client agrees to secure their use, log out after use, report irregularities, and cooperate with the Operator in complaints handling.
An Internet-enabled device with a minimum screen resolution [x] px.
A stable Internet connection.
One of the supported web browsers [x].
Software for reading PDF files (e.g., Adobe Reader).
An active email address is required.
Unlawful content must not be provided. If received, the Operator may block access.
The Client is responsible for applying security measures such as antivirus protection and safeguarding their password.
For individuals: name, surname, address.
For businesses/legal entities: company name, NIP number, registered office address.
Email address.
Password and chosen Service type.
After registration, the Client receives confirmation by email.
The email and password are used for login.
The Client must not share login details with third parties.
Registration means the User declares authority to act on behalf of the Client.
Only registered Clients can log in.
The Client may change their password after login.
The Agreement between the Client and the Operator is concluded upon registration.
It is valid indefinitely unless terminated.
These Terms form an integral part of the Agreement.
The Terms are available at Ridelife.app.
Use of the Services requires acceptance of the Terms.
Termination:
By Client: via the “delete account” option, effective at the end of the current billing period.
By Operator: by email notice with a 30-day termination period.
The Operator undertakes to provide Services with due care.
The Operator is liable for failure to deliver Services but limits total liability to the value of one month’s fee.
Liability for lost profits and warranty is excluded.
The Operator is not responsible for interruptions due to external causes, client errors, or unlawful data.
Upon registration, the Client receives a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Application for the duration of the Agreement.
Use is limited to what is necessary for Service use.
The Client may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or allow third-party use of the Application.
Violation may lead to suspension of access.
Complaints may be submitted in writing (Radom address) or via email (contact@ridelife.app).
Must include Client details, subject of complaint, justification, and contact details.
Operator responds within 14 days.
The Client may pursue claims in court regardless of complaint procedure.
The Operator is the administrator of personal data.
Data is processed only to provide Services and handle payments.
Privacy Policy is available on the Service website.
The Client is responsible for all data entered into the Account.
Operator assumes no responsibility for Client-entered content.
No data of children under 16 is knowingly processed without verified parental consent.
Registration by minors requires legal guardian’s consent.
Operator may verify consent via parent/guardian email.
If data is collected without consent, the Operator will delete it and suspend the child’s account.
Legal guardians have the right to access, correct, or delete the child’s data.
The Operator may amend the Terms for legal, functional, technological, or security reasons.
Changes are published 30 days in advance, if possible, and notified by email.
If the Client disagrees, they may terminate the Agreement by deleting their Account.
Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
Minors under 16 require parental consent.
Registration and login require verified consent of a guardian.
The Operator may suspend/delete an account if created without consent.
Guardians may access, correct, or delete minor’s data at any time.
The Terms are available free of charge on Ridelife.app.
Governed by Polish law.
Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remainder.
Unregulated matters are subject to generally applicable law (e.g., Civil Code).
These Terms enter into force on 15.09.2025.
