1. Definitions

1.1. Administrator – RIDELIFE P.S.A., with its registered office in Radom, ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego 6/10, 26-600 Radom, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Lublin Wschód in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001173618, NIP 7963038112, REGON 541662127.

1.2. Personal Data – information about a natural person who is identified or identifiable by one or more specific factors determining their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP, online identifiers, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

1.3. Policy – this Privacy Policy.

1.4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

1.5. Service – the online service operated by the Administrator at: rodo@ridelife.app

1.6. User – any natural person visiting the Service or using one or more of the services or functionalities described in the Policy.

2. Processing of Personal Data in Connection with Use of the Service

2.1. When a User uses the Service, the Administrator collects data necessary to provide specific services. Detailed rules and purposes of processing Personal Data collected during the User’s use of the Service are described below.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data in the Service

A) Use of the Service

3.1. Personal Data of all persons using the Service are processed by the Administrator:

3.1.1. to provide electronic services in making content available to Users – the legal basis is necessity for performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

3.1.2. to establish and pursue claims or defend against claims – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of protection of its rights.

B) Contact Form

3.2. The Administrator provides the option of contacting them via an electronic contact form. Use of the form requires providing Personal Data necessary to establish contact and respond to an inquiry. Additional data may be provided voluntarily to facilitate handling. Mandatory fields are required to handle the inquiry; failure to provide them makes handling impossible.

3.3. Personal Data are processed for identification of the sender and handling of the inquiry sent via the form – the legal basis is necessity for performance of a service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For optional data, the legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

C) Marketing

3.4. Personal Data may also be used by the Administrator to send marketing content via email or MMS/SMS. Such actions are undertaken only if the User has consented, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

3.5. Personal Data are processed:

3.5.1. to send requested commercial information – the legal basis, including profiling, is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in connection with granted consent;

3.5.2. for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting of analyzing User activity in the Service to improve functionalities.

4. Cookies

4.1. The Administrator uses cookies in the Service. The purposes and rules of their use are set out in the Cookies Policy.

5. Period of Processing Personal Data

5.1. The period depends on the type of service and purpose. As a rule, data are processed during service provision, until consent is withdrawn, or an objection is filed where the basis is the Administrator’s legitimate interest.

5.2. Processing may be extended if necessary to establish or pursue claims or defend against them, and later only if required by law. After the processing period expires, data are irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

6. User Rights

6.1. The User has the right to access data, request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.2. The User has the right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

7. Recipients of Personal Data

7.1. In connection with providing services, Personal Data will be disclosed to external entities, in particular IT service providers ensuring proper use of the Service.

7.2. With the User’s consent, data may also be disclosed to other entities for their own purposes, including marketing.

7.3. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose certain information about the User to competent authorities or third parties who request it, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Transfer of Personal Data Outside the EEA

8.1. The level of protection outside the European Economic Area (EEA) differs from that guaranteed under EU law. The Administrator transfers data outside the EEA only when necessary and with appropriate safeguards, including:

8.1.1. cooperation with entities in countries with a European Commission adequacy decision;

8.1.2. use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission;

8.1.3. use of binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority.

8.2. The Administrator always informs about the intention to transfer data outside the EEA at the collection stage.

9. Security of Personal Data

9.1. The Administrator conducts ongoing risk analysis to ensure secure processing of data – particularly so that access is granted only to authorized persons and only to the extent necessary for their duties. All operations are logged and performed only by authorized staff and collaborators.

9.2. The Administrator ensures that subcontractors and cooperating entities also guarantee appropriate security measures whenever they process Personal Data on behalf of the Administrator.
